Terms of Use

SponsorGauge is a private, invite-only room for people who sell sponsorships. Members review brands they've actually worked with. It's free. Brands cannot join.

Sponsy and Appeared.in are separate products. Using SponsorGauge doesn't give you an account there, and the other way around. We may email you about those products, and we may use aggregated patterns from this community inside them. Not your name, not a specific review, not a lead list for brands. That's in the Privacy Policy.

This is not legal, financial, or credit advice. Other members' reviews are their opinions and experiences. We don't guarantee they're complete or correct. Do your own checks before you take a deal.

You need to be a real operator: someone who sells or runs sponsorships for a publication, newsletter, podcast, or similar.

We look at every application. We can refuse anyone, and we don't have to explain. Brand-side people, agencies here on behalf of brands, and anyone we think is here to scrape or leak the room will not get in.

If we later think you shouldn't be here, we can revoke access.

Keep your login to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your profile honest. If you change jobs, update it.

You can post reviews, asks, and comments.

Reviews have to be first-hand. You actually worked with the brand, or you ran the campaign. Don't review a brand to help or hurt them if you didn't do the work. Don't review yourself.

Be honest. Don't invent payment stories. Don't impersonate anyone.

Don't paste rates, full contracts, subscriber counts, or other confidential commercial terms. We don't collect those, and they don't belong here.

Don't post anything illegal, threatening, or that belongs to someone else. A tough, specific review of how a brand treated you is the point of the room. Making things up to damage them is not.

You still own what you write. You give us a license to host it, show it to other members, and keep it in the community, including in anonymized form if you leave. We don't sell your posts as a dataset to brands.

You can mark a post as anonymous. Anonymous posts still show that you're a verified member, plus categories and audience size. We can still see who wrote it. Anonymity is not a promise that other members can't guess.

This is a private community. Don't share what's inside with people who aren't members. Don't send screenshots to brands. Don't scrape, copy the feed, or republish reviews.

If you leak the room, we will remove you.

To see the full feed, you need to post 3 reviews in a rolling 30 days. That's how the data stays useful. We can change that rule.

We can moderate. We can hide or delete posts. We can suspend or close accounts. We don't have to take down a review just because a brand, or you, asks. We will if it breaks these terms or the law.

We can change or shut down the service. It's free, and we don't promise it will be around forever.

The service is provided as is. We don't warrant that it will always be up, that reviews are accurate, or that anonymity will hold.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sponsytech OÜ is not liable for decisions you make based on reviews, for what other members post, or for indirect or consequential loss. If we are liable anyway, that liability is limited to €100.

Nothing here limits liability we can't limit under Estonian law, including for intent or gross negligence.

You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account. We can end your access if you break these terms, if you're no longer eligible, or if we shut the community down.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes go to the courts in Tallinn, Estonia.

If a piece of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
